Doesn't deserve all the hate (it really isn't too salty or greasy, it's fucking ramen, it's supposed to be salty and greasy), but doesn't deserve all the love either. Remember to ask for less or medium greasy unless you want a really greasy ramen (I personally like it when it's cold), you can also ask for plain broth (free of charge) if you are worried about it being too salty. The gyoza was okay, the standard frozen gyoza that they un-freeze for you like at any ramen joint here.
If you like garlic, do use the raw garlic and garlic press they leave on the table and add that to your ramen. It really enhances the flavor of the broth, especially if you got it with more grease. On the other hand, don't talk or kiss people after that.
I would rather go here than most of the other ramen joints around bc it's simply a more efficient place with a better price, for a similar product. I mean, also the raw garlic. and the grease. I like fat. -

This was the worst Japanese ramen I've ever had in my life. I got the miso ramen, and it was literally just a bowl of ocean water + miso + salty noodles. In other words, so so salty. It's definitely not worth the wait, (if you're not in the first 10 parties or so, you WILL wait because the place is TINY). The gyoza was tasty but nothing special. I would not recommend this place to anybody visiting or living in Paris who wants good Japanese ramen.

I had the miso and butter bowl, which turned out to be a giant mess amount of pure salt dissolved in a bit of water. I kid you not, those were the saltiest noodles and broth I have ever experienced. The ultra thin slices of dry pork didn't change anything to that one note dish, not did the lump of butter. I tried to crush some fresh garlic in it to no avail. The waitress explained to me that it's an authentic touch, which is highly doubtful.

Probably, best Japanese Ramen in Paris.
Cheap price as a restaurant of Ramen in this area but taste good. They have 2 differents soups"Shoyu","Miso". I recommend you "Miso Ramen avec soup normal or thin"for your first time visit.
If you take a bowl of rice too, that's perfect!! -

We had relatively high expectations of this place as it was recommended by a local Japanese chef. The restaurant is small so be aware that you will be able to hear your neighbors' conversations.
The good: Gyoza was good; nothing unique but it represented what gyoza should be. The noodle is the thick noodle (kotteri) so a bit different from what you may find in Tokyo but the texture was good, not over-cooked or too al dente.
The bad: The chashu doesn't have the outer sear that I'm used to; looks more like it was only boiled. It was cooked to the point that it was falling apart the moment I tried to pick it up, but some people may like it this way. The miso base was just way too salty for any normal person to consume. I didn't ask to adjust the bouillon as I didn't expect it to be THIS salty. Surprisingly though, the shoyu soup base was fine with the same bouillon level. And unfortunately, we found a strand of hair tangled in the ramen for the miso base. Immediately, that spoiled our appetite and given that it was so salty, we just asked the staff to remove the order from our bill
Overall disappointed as blogs and reviews claim this place best represents what you can find in Tokyo. I do appreciate that the staff handled the order removal professionally. Will recommend the staff to verbally mention or ask what level of saltiness they want. They have a note on the wall, but the messaging is not very clear.
